DEPOSITS. A non-refundable deposit is required for all lash services. Appointments without a deposit will be automatically canceled. Full sets — $50 deposit // Fills — $30 deposit

GUARANTEE POLICY. If you experience excessive lash fallout, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment. I will gladly offer a complimentary lash fill or removal. If you are experiencing an allergic reaction, please notify me immediately so I can provide a complimentary removal. Due to the nature of this service, no refunds will be issued.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit and will require a new deposit to rebook.

FILLS. To qualify for a standard fill, you must have at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining and be within 21 days of your last appointment. Anything under 40% or over 21 days will be considered a full set or an extended fill, depending on the condition of your lashes.
