Deposits are required for New Client’s Full Sets only and will be collected upon booking. Your deposit will go towards your cost of service.

If you experience excessive lash fallout, please contact me within 24 hours of your appointment. I will gladly offer a complimentary lash fill or removal.

If you are experiencing an allergic reaction, please notify me immediately so I can provide a complimentary removal.

Due to the nature of this service, no refunds will be issued.

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Changes made within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

For new clients, any deposit paid will be applied toward this fee, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

Unexcused no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Please notify me if you are running late. A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If your late arrival prevents me from being able to complete your scheduled service, the appointment will be cancelled and a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Lash Fill Guide

Mini Fill
• Less than 1 week since your last appointment
• Must have at least 70% of your extensions remaining

Standard Fill
• 2–3 weeks (8-21 days) since your last appointment
• Must have at least 40% of your extensions remaining

Extended Fill
• 3.5–4 weeks (22-28 days) since your last appointment
• Must have at least 30% of your extensions remaining

Full Set
• More than 4 weeks (29+ days) since your last appointment
• Any fill with less than the required amount of lashes remaining may also need to be booked as a new full set

Please book according to both your retention and the time since your last appointment to ensure enough time is reserved for your service.
